The Representation Process
For many of our clients, the relocation process - from evaluating needs to moving in - takes approximately four to six months. However, relocation is a highly individual matter some clients take more or less time.
For example, Kimley-Horm & Associates, a communications firm, approached us needing to be in a new office space within three months - a goal we made sure was met. Our extensive market experience and excellent relationships with landlords and other brokers helps us fast track the relocation process for our clients when necessary.
It is important to keep in mind that each company's decision-making process differs from other companies, and sometimes the current market forces can be unpredictable. We help our clients understand realistic timelines, while doing our best to make sure to exceed our clients' expectations - most importantly, we make sure our clients find the right office space with the most favorable terms.
To find a perfect fit, we walk our clients through a series of steps that include exploring and defining their office requirements while surveying the market, touring prospective properties, visualizing and designing space layouts, soliciting and analyzing proposals, negotiating the best terms for our clients and building improvements within the space to fit the clients' needs.
